Silver Dinnerware. Plated Silver or Solid Silver?

I found an assortment of silverware and i am unsure as to whether or not its completely silver. Is there a way of telling? It wont stick to a magnet.

Plated or solid, what does this stuff go for? and what kind of place should i take it? cash for gold? pawn shop? scrapyard?
