Having Kids That are into Cars

The good thing about having kids that are into cars is that they have friends that are as well. And those kids have parents that at some point say "Get that POS out of here before the city says one more thing!".

Scored a freebie for just that reason on Sunday. Basically a shell but still weighed a ton.

Since it was basically a referral from my son I let him take anything he thought he could sell...so he made a couple hundred bucks off it too.

Good. I'd hate to see a Subaru scraped, the headlight was throwing me off.

I'm about $1500 into my diesel part out. I wish I had ten of them lying around. I'm betting I'll I end up between $4500-6000 on my old truck.

I could fix the rust, replace the windshield and other problems but I can find a better body with bad head gaskets for what I will make off this one. [I HATE DOING BODY WORK!] The best part is parts sell for good money unlike the 2002 Malibu that I ended up giving most of the good parts to a friend.

The first time I looked at that picture, I thought the trailer boards were the floor boards for the car!

    Nice score!
