    Florida Scrap Laws Bights

Do you know here in Florida I can only bring two car batteries per day at the scrap yard? That's very inconvenient seeing that I had four to get rid. For that case I went to two different yards. Here is the dumbest rule, you can't turn in a cat conv nor copper/aluminum radiator without a receipt. Just a few weeks ago I found a discarded muffler system with the cat converter still attached, they would not take it due Florida dumb laws. I guess I will just hold on to it until I visit New York in the Spring. What dumb laws have your state enacted against scrapping?
