    Santa came early....

I just opened an old Compaq server. Inside was 4, yes, that is four....one after three and one before five...FOUR Pentium Pro Gold plated processors. The total weight of all four was 12.6 oz.

I'll post a pic tonight. I have two more servers to open.

    Merry Christmas!

    Ken

All total, there were 4 pentium pros, 6 Xeon processors, and just over a pound of RAM. Then there were all the other boards, etc. The best part, I was given all three for free.

So whats that mean $$ wise?

I used to have a ton of gaming hardware (computers, ocz gold ram, dual core processors & mobo's) - I think I sold it all to some kid for $30.00 (was all out of date by now)

Scrap wise the Pro's run about 20 bucks each, give or take. Don't know about the others.
