Hey guys, been awhile since I've been on. Looking for someone that buys old breakers, contacts, relays. I searched some of the posts and buyers and nothing current seems to come up, so thought I would bump this thread. Most of my stuff comes from old warehouse, commercial buildings, etc. I also disassembled a few big UPS machines, and have cam rotary switches, 300+ amp breakers, etc. Most of that stuff is relatively new and in great condition. Thanks in advance for any help!
PM me. I do industrial surplus.
Many breakers and switches that end up being salvage can some TIMES be of interest to the Steam Punk crowd.
If it don't work or is wore out, BUT it looks sort of artsy it just may be great Steam Punk material.
The world of Steam Punk has been around for awhile and is ever growing in popularity.
Thought I would add as I'm not sure. But I think that the old electrical stuff is called something else as Steam Punk started as using items from the steam engine days before electricity.
But I have noticed that they are calling the combination of the 2 Steam Punk.
Maybe it's a bit like a very old lawyer I knew well told me many years ago. He said that most of the new music of the day was just punks with electricity.
So I supose the lamps and such being sold and described as Steam Punk are Steam Punk with electricity, or maybe electric steam punk?
