    New house

As some of you guys know wife and I bought a new house out in the country.
Paid cash - never bought a house that way, but we got it for about 22% of it's value. Only thing it needs is an outside ac unit, paint (interior) outside is siding, and appliances. So needed a stove. Found ad on cl $75 for a 1 year old 5 burner ge slide in.
Played phone tag all weekend til the point that I started thinking this was a joke.
Guy finally sends me his address so I can look at stove.

Long story short - stove was bout 2 years old. Asked him if he would take $65.

Now I have a stove. lol

You can make money 2 ways.

Congrats on the house...just recently moved as well and the house needed a stove too. We put in a extra wide range with a double oven that someone had called and needed it picked up one day...worked out great.
