In three hours this is what all came in

I usally don't buff about stuff like this.. but this is what You get when you work hard calling manufactures.. and other sources...

I've paid out about 350.00 for all of this.. and I'll make way more then that.. so.. take a peek.. and You be the judge.. how much I should of paid out and what is it all worth..

What I don't have in the list above is 15 15" lcd all fully function, I got 20 crt black monitors, I've gotten 215lbs of wires, 1,256lbs of ups/batteries/lithium, 1436lbs of computers, 20 Hp Tablets all has hdd, but missing batteries, lots of bottom bezel of hp laptop with Windows 7 stickers.. about 100lbs of loose transformer, several laser copiers, and lots of misc boards, and so forth so bottom line about 4300lbs of goodies... thats a good haul for three hours.. man Was we busy...

so again.. not to buff about this, but Want to say.. All these people heard about me from CraigList. and Making phone calls.. So.. for those that are starting off, You can do it,, lots of elbow grease.. and It will pay off..

Thanks for letting me share this with You folks..

Very nice! This is a great example of how paying for material might drop your profit margin, but greatly increases volume!

NICE SCORE !!! The lcd should go for 10-15 each on cl....and if a few of those small form factor towers are dual cores you just made back your money by selling 3-4 of those.

servers get obsolete quick, they would need to be quad core or better to have any real value

i see a couple projectors in the first pic, i would definitely test those to see if they work, even if they dont they are still worth atleast $80 each for parts

    Well played!

This is why I pay for stuff now vs trying to get it for free. Yea I have to recoup my investment, but hey..it works!

Don't get me wrong..I'll still take it for free all day, but I find offering up a bit of cash gets folks to part with it a lot quicker..

Again well played, an congrats on the awesome score.

as of today,, I totally broke them all down... I only found two dual core 2.6ghz x 2 and a bunch of ram... tons of ram.. and P4 HT pinless.. and lots of harddrives, but they get all broken down.. Tons of ac adapters, and a smoooo of Windows & stickers on the base of all them laptops.. and lots n lots of wires. and batteries.. batteries alone came out to 794lbs and the rest steel, and power boards which I knocked off all copper and tossed into med grade as its got lots of gold connectors and chips on boards... it was a beautiful day of scrapping.. and got four computers left and I called it quit...

Well, I"ve completed the break down.. here is My smooo of steel... Gosh I love doing this... I don't waste anytime in scrapping these.. Now I've kept a few of these computers.. for refurbished,, there were some amd... system with DVI, and everyone of them had blown caps... so off to be scrapped they go..

Had My kids help Me scrap these out between yesterday and today.. got them all done but a few... but it was a blast.. had fun.. now to do the little stuff... We'll be snipping the connectors off the cables for ide... even sata connector get snipped, Heatsinks,, Wow.. tons of them had solid bars in them.. and some have plate al... ext al and copper plate on the bottom, each one of them weigh in about a half of pound.. Out of all those computers, got approx 16lbs of ram, about 4lbs of p4 HT processor.. kept those in trays.. and about 1lb of amd processors 64, and only 7 dual core Processor not checked on what they were,

HP tablets.. Nice batch of them,,, with micro sata harddrives 80 gigs, all screen and stylus are in tact.. and along with chargers, and batteries,

Got 10 IBM Lenovo T61 With Windows Vista Business stickers Dual core. 80 gig harddrives Been fully refurbished reloaded with new OS. Selling them for 150.00 a piece.

a slew of hardrives, looks like mostly 40 gigs, and 60 gigs.. all Sata from the Computers,

Servers, Single core.. Intel. IBM, lots of goodies on them.. gonna fire them up test em.. My employees tossed the lids in the steel pile no biggie, I'll dig em out when I load My big truck.

Lots of Windows 7 stickers from bottom of HP laptops... Tring to figure out if its worth selling the trays with the stickers.. any SUGGSTION.?

here is a few pics.. You saw the Before Pic the mess. this is the after scrappin.

This is where all Scrappin is done at.. oh.. if you don't have these see them mats on the floor great for your feet.. Get some..
Especially if You standing for a long time.. I sure Love My bench... Its simple to make and it perfect for scrapping, if You've any quesiton please contact Me.

You paid 350$ for ALL of that?
    Nice find!
Of course, many of those units (such as all of those LCD monitors) are certainly worth testing to see if they are still functional.
You could probably get $10-25 for each of them if they are functional--maybe even more.
How new are those computer towers? Actually, I'd be interested in what is inside of those!--Might even do so buying at fair prices.
If those computer tower cases (the computer towers once you have removed all internal components) are still in good, intact shape, you may be able to get 10-20$ a piece selling those online.
Are those laptops/notebooks I see? Those could be worth a bit, if they are functional. Also, if they are trash you could sell them for parts.
If I had the money on me, I'd be willing to buy one--also, I'd pay postage!
I think I see some aluminum heat-sinks in one of those milk crates-aluminum is at (I believe) about .40 a pound. You could make some money selling those as scrap.
Those sealed (lead-acid?) batteries should be worth recycling.
You should be able to get at least 20 cents a pound for the transformers...
All-in-all it looks like a GOOD pickup for 350!
Thanks for taking time to post and for reading my comments!
