    Health and stress

I've been ordered by the doctor.. just this past wedesday to back down a bit.. The week before, I had to have a test done prior for surgery to see if I was fit.. and only to find out more issues, I've a Tricupsid valve that is leaking and the miatle valve that is also leaking, causing lots of regurgatation on the right ventricle and the right atrium. That explains why.. I've had alot of heart murmors. and palpatation in the past two years. I can't spell worth a crap right now.. but you guys are smart enough to under stand it, so.. I'm keeping myself postive.. and I'll make it thru what ever comes my way. Will keep You guys posted as to when it will happen, If You have facebook, look up pc scrapper sioux falls and There will be a post there before I go into surgery and the outcome afterwards.

For those that don't know my issues, is that I've a pectus evatum issue. what that is a depression of the chest causing lack of breathing, heart palpatation, dizzy, swollen legs and the list goes on.. I've had one surgery done and only to find out it didn't do the job. so I was schedule for another one the first week of june, but that was push back due to the finding in my echo exam.

so, I'm very easy to be stressed out, and I'm doing my best to stay under control but at times, it just doesn't help. so...

I've figured out how to stay calm and collected.. hand the phone to the wife from now on.. and My employees, until I get myself in better shape.

Look forward to getting back to My ole self.

Thanks to everyone that have been texting Me and sending me private Mesg.

Back 2004 I had an heart valve replacement at the age of 22. Not fun. They even needed to patch my heart since part of that died. Was in the hospital for 3 weeks and out of work for 3 months.

Follow doctors orders and take out easy. Keep us posted.

You can do it , I have had 2 heart attacks and then some how A-Fib came along , A-fib is under control but I had to join a gym and get a trainer which costs a nice chunk of change but it is better than dying !! Get in Shape and eat right ...

I am now 1yr out for my kidney transplant and agree do what they say so you have the very best results. Post surgery I can tell you it takes far longer than any normal person will want to tolerate. Too much too soon or in your case too much before can really screw this up. Take it seriously and let others pick up the slack. Best to you and your family, Mike.
