    My score on saterday

    Sorry I don't have a camera so no pics. A guy called me friday and said he was cleanning out his warehose and asked me if I wanted some scrap, of course I said yes. So I go to his place saturday mornning and he tells me that if I would help him clean up a little bit he would give me whatever I wanted, of course I said yes again. Ended up with my truck full to the top of the cab with mostly e-waste. About 7 crt monitors,25 flat screen monitors,boxes of telephones,docking stations,keyboards,server parts with high grade boards. Some boxes I don't even know whats in them yet. Then before I left he showed me three more big boxes that he's going to give me next week. Not bad for 2 hours work.

    Thanks Hobo and Mechanic for reading this thread. Needless to say I have been busy the past few weeks. Prices have come down a little but I've been getting biger loads so that makes up for the lower prices.

    'Saterday' haha . At a job interview the interviewer nicely pointed out the spelling mistake on my CV. It was typed up by someone else.....

    Weird I thought, Saturday, has a 'turd' in the middle of it..

    So where did the 'terd' come from? I think its the 'other day in the week' YesTERDay.

    not to toot a horn here lol but i got you beat on Saturday lol .i tell people all the time to separate but they don't listen.i got a drop off of about 400 lbs of mixed board .all types from low to telecom.after seeing it most i could see was low so i offered him 50 cents a lb.paid him.took me 6 hours to separate it lol it yeiled .17 lbs hdd boards,14 lbs memory,67 lbs high grade,12 lbs telecom,and 137 lbs mid grade and the rest low grade.i don't have to tell you the nice score that was.i did my happy dance
