    Escrap scandal in Detroit area, Michigan

    While just checking up on the local news, I came across this:



    Man sentenced in scam involving electronic waste | Local 4 Defenders - Home

    Figured you guys might find this interesting. This might have an affect on how easy it is to find escrap in Michigan, or how legal it is to process it...
    Yeah that's great and all...but...CAN I SCRAP IT!?
