    A day in the life

Well, this post is going to be me rambling a bit. So I hope you all don't mind!

First thing, you know you go to the scrap yard too often when you pull up to the scale they know your name, your scrap card number, the make, model and year of your car all without having to ask. LoL! I guess it means I am a good customer though if they can remember me so well. What do you think?

My days have been rather similar lately. Up at 4am to hit up Crossfit for my 5am work out. Home by 6:15ish, do some house work and then jumping right into business no later then 8:30 or 9am! Pick ups and drop offs have been staying very consistent, the client base is growing, and the material to process is steady which makes me extremely happy.

I had a few great pickups recently that provided me with plenty of computer towers to process, motherboards to sort through, and other random parts. I love being kept busy.

Networking has been incredible. One happy customer seems to bring a couple more customers along and the process continues. It's great to have the hard work paying off.

At this point, my only fear is taxes! LoL! I am awaiting my accountant to finish getting everything calculated to see how hard I get hit for 2012 taxes. I am hoping not too bad since the business was just starting out but only time can tell. Have any of you been hit hard by taxes?

Hopefully, we will know in the next week or so where we stand.

How has everyone elses scrapping been going? Any great finds? Any fun news?
