    Small brass and alu find

While helping to clear out a near neighbour's house, (she passed away a week ago), I came across 10 x 12 inch Alu Oxygen tanks. The valves are brass and weigh-in at 9ozs each. The tanks, 1 1/2lb ea. Checked with the suppliers, they don't want them back. Hope my yard takes the Alu tanks, brass fittings removed, I have the name and phone number of the suppliers' rep., just in case

Good chance the yard will want the tanks cut in half.

The only tanks I've had to cut in half are fuil tanks. Just take the valve off so they can see in it and they'll take it.

I've brought in some scuba tanks before as you described.

I Wonder about steel oxygen tanks with the valves removed?
