My new e-scrap building and property!

These are a few pictures of my new building I am using for my computer and electronics recycling business. We do have a store located in town also. I also have a 10,000 sq.ft. warehouse that I can store stuff in, but I can't tear down in because of zoning. We are working on getting a variance to change that.

But this building I can do pretty much anything in.

It is right at 6000 total sq. ft. It can be heated with wood ( the chimney need repaired) , LP or electric. The 2 bays on the right hand side of the big building are air conditioned. The smaller blue building is just storage. The small white building in front of the blue building is a scale house. It does have a platform scale in the ground that works. The small white garage is just that.

The white Dodge van is my 3 ton van. It was specially built by Dodge for a machine company here in town. It has a double frame, Dayton axle and 12 ply tires. It has only 100,000 miles on it and I picked it up for $1050.00 from the guy that owned the machine company.

My neighbors close to me are all great people. Just regular working folk and farmers. I hope to be able to grow and expand my business from here.

I want to thank everyone for all of their help and information they have shared on this site.

@Filthy Thank You very much! I think i should have copied the picture address direct rather than using the codes. But thank you anyway. I am just one of the guys and not one of the brightest guys.

The scale is a 25,000 lbs platform scale. Not real big, but it will work for my purposes. I am not in a position as of yet to buy a bigger one. ((((YET!!))))
