    Free Beer! (sorta)

Had a call today for a commercial wine/beverage cooler, from a hotel. Heard something rattling inside when I was loading it and didn't think anything of it.

Turns out it was an Amstel Light unopened..Score!

Years a go we used to buy the oak kegs from the Seagrams distillery, you could uncork it then add a quart of water to leach out any remaining alcohol from the charred wood.

It was a bottle. I didn't drink it though, I'll throw it in the beer fridge and let someone else have it. I prefer Guinness or Lonestar. (drastic, i know)

I would toss the beer, it's one of the few commercially made products that actually has a very short shelf life. If it's an old bottle it will taste like crap.

I was going to say that if it had been chilled then when you re-chill them, they turn into "skunk" beer.
