    I have been instructed by yards to cut the car up. You make more that way in any case.

    i had my attorney write me up forms in 3 part carbons with company letterhead

    they read i release the following vehicle on XXX day of XXX year to liberty towing& recovery and certify it is free of any encumbrances furthermore i am certifying i am the rightful owner and take responsibility for the care custody and control from here forward i further understand the vehicle will be destroyed

    price vin and drivers lic #

    I like it.. Seems to cover your arse (I know this post is 8 months old) still great info!
    I'm so into scrapping.. When my Steel Toe Boots Wear out, I cut the Steel out of them and recycle the Toe!
