    what if the trailer has aluminum wiring.
    The gov't cracked down on the trailer companies real hard when they figured out the factories had started using alum. wiring and after a long time the trailer would catch fire. That was in the late 70's if I'm not mistaken. There was a lot of mysterious fires and nobody knowing why for awhile.

    This is why just about everything uses copper anymore. More durable, and longer lasting than anything else.
