Good source for 55 gallon plastic barrels

If anyone is in need of 55 gallon plastic barrels for use in managing their scrap, I'd suggest contacting any spray foam insulation businesses in your area. I just managed to get half a dozen for free that I'm going to use to build a dock, and the guy has pallets full of them sitting around his yard. I know a lot of people in this business use them for sorting and storing their scrap, so I hope this can help someone out.

i live a few miles from a pepsi bottling company, they have an abundance of free blue 55 gallon drums.my favorite thing is knowing all they ever had in them was pop syrup or other pop ingredients in them.they do use a type of amonia but they wont let those barrells go,they dispose of them properly.at least thats what they say

I use ones that had juice concentrate for rain and gardening barrels. I just hooked up a solar system battery and water pump today, next I need to get 8 more barrels since the 2 I have now only last 2 days. It seems as though most of them have pretty toxic stuff in them, the ones I use for scrap had sulfuric acid-yowzers.
