    Transformers

    What is the metal around transformers. I'm talking about the transformers with he EI shaped pieces. Im pretty sure it's low grade steal but I wanna make sure. Thanks

    depending on the size of the transformer and what the coil it is silicon steel. You can sell it as clip or if they buy silicone steel you can get 30 cents a pound for it all I know is its worth more then shredd.

    I think he's talking about the steel part that the windings go through....it breaks apart in shapes of E and I......that's shred Akahn. You have to forgive Hoss...the later it is the meaner he gets !! Esp if he's hittin' the bottle...which he rarely does !!!!????. lol
