    Aluminum Jon boats

    What type aluminum would that be classified as? Anyone else ever scrap a jon boat?

    man, if i had a john boat, i sure wouldn't be scrappin it! ; )

    Clean it would be MLC by me last time wat .60 a pound. But I am sure it will be less now. If you couls sell as is just make sure you get more tham .60 a pound for it!!

    Jon boats are sheet, make sure there is no sscrews or steel or you'll get dirty sheet whitch is about half of clean sheet.

    I bought one when I was 13 for $20 it was rough..Used it for 2 years and then scrapped it for $14....I used to collect aluminum cans in order to buy my trolling motor and battery.
