    115v Transformer Resale Value?

I have 127 - just over 1K lbs total - of 115 VAC, 1 amp transformers. These were removed from stoplight control boxes and were working units prior to be pulled from service a few years ago. The only part info on the transformers states "ACI Powermag, Inc (seem to be out of business), 32892P2, 98/02. I was able to get the voltage and amperage from the control box maintenance guide, but no other info or specs were mentioned. Each unit has a wiring harness consisting of 5 individually insulated strands leading to a 5 pin connector that plugs into a power board. The connectors have nice gold pins.

Does anyone have any leads/suggestions on selling these as working parts or should I just scrap the transformers as electric motors, cut the wire and sell as #2, and throw the connectors in the gold pin connector pile?

Thanks in advance for any help!

I've had many transformers over the years - used and new. Right now I've got three brand new Federal Pacific and Square D transformers from .75 to 1.5 KVA brand new and still in the shipping boxes that I got last Saturday. No interest, anywhere. Never have sold a transformer.
People may laugh at me, but that's ok. I laugh all the way to the bank.

I'd suggest setting up and breaking them down. With that many similar transformers you could no doubt get "in the grove" and tear them down quickly, after getting set up for it, and that's the biggest part, since it takes just as long to set up for one, as it does for a thousand
