Hi and thanks for the forum

My name is Mick and Im from Maine. Im 61 yrs old and retired in 03. My brother in Iowa started me in this field in 08 when he told me how he buys junk batteries and sells them to Exide. I came back and got set up here. The first month a garage owner asked if Id buy some radiators he had. I had no idea what to do with them, so declined. The next time I went there, he asked again and I declined again. Then I asked a guy I knew what to do with them. So, the next time I bought them and made over $100 on 20-some radiators. Then I started buying other metal stuff and wound up buying a little 4x8 trailer to haul the stuff in when I started getting more than a 3/4 ton pickup could hold. A year later I outgrew the 4x8 and bought an 18ft dual -axle equipment trailer new and paid it off within a month. Its been building since.
