UK prices what do you think

Ive been a scrapper for 5 years and this year i am focusing on e-waste ive been phoning around companies and refiners for prices and the best ive found is motherboards and cards £5 a kilo, memory gold edged £9 a kilo, hard drives £400 a ton these prices include free collection .
It seems to be quite hard to find a standard price that i can judge these prices against ,ive looked at a lot of you guys in the states websites and your all pretty transparent on what your paying where as in the uk it seems to be a bit harder to find out.

I'm hunting too, these seem to be about the prices I'm offered. One place has offered to do it on assay, but needed a minimum of 100Kg.

I take the hard drives apart, mainly because the places I get them from want the guaranteed data destruction.

Kilo is 2.2 lbs so they're at $4.10 a lb

Same story over here aswell I've only found a few e waste refiners and buyers and the prices don't come close to the states prices... It's almost worth stock piling and exporting lol

It's £9/kg not $9 so works out as $6.37/kg. Not good, better to stick them on Ebay.

    so... 9x1.5 = $13.5 a kilo? So if a kilo weighs 2.2 US pounds that's about $6 a pound. wow man, that's sad
