    Electronic Ballast as E-scrap?

    I know the new T8 electronic ballast have circuit boards in them with small CBM so I was wondering if they would have more value as escrap? Rather then just $.15/lb as ballasts. Thanks.

    If your going to open one make sure it says (no pcb's) if it dose not it is very toxic DO NOT OPEN IT.

    I have done thousands of these ballast.....They suck and are back breaking work but I found a yard buying them as is .20/lb.....I just sale them whole now but no they are not worth anything as e-scrap......if anything a low grade board

    Yeah this has to be a complete waste of time no ballast is worth a tiny board. take them in whole
