Need a Little Help finding information about this RAM Stick.

I’m normally pretty good with finding info on PC parts but I can’t find anything on this stick. Came from a Power Mac 7100/80. I’m thinking it’s Samsung since all the other SIMMS in the unit were Samsung but maybe one of you savvy guys has more google juice than I

Here are all the markings on the chip

    Micron MT 64MB 3.3V DRAM

That is the chips that are on the RAM...

So, it would be 256MB RAM stick...maybe just a generic brand.

Micron Computers was a was a very good brand, I believe these are made by Micron Technologies which if I remember correctly is owned by Mitsubishi, and probably still is.

I could be wrong about that though. I believe it was called Micron MT at one point (Micron Mitsubishi Technologies) or something to that affect.
