its crazy nuts here right now I am sitting on 5k worth of boards and was sad until the last few days, now since this is money I have maybe not so much to spare in the sense but ok to sit on its fine. so I reposted my ads and lowed my prices all the way down to 50cents a board from $1lb and $2each whole unit instead of $5 figuring that at least showing and explaining my prices maybe no one would sell to me but can still show up to play the game. I was dead wrong, I am getting more business than I did before even before I sad down to read a bit here I bought 4 computers and 17 boards and 45 hard drives at 15cents each from the 50 I offered before and so far over this past not really even 2 days like 30hrs. people have sold me 35 computers 104 boards 91 dvd/cd drives at 5cents each 63 hard drives and 170 video/sound cards at 10cents each. I do not buy wire but free to take which is at least 300lbs but with it raining here and boxes wet it might be off by 50lbs. its my best week ever here and still have a few days to go. the best part is I have 6 pros at 2 487's in this I have set aside. so even if I have to wait another year for prices to go up again its like a big tax return lol

The rich can buy when others are selling because they can sit on it for a long period of time with no worries. Quite a few people made a lot of money coming out of the great depression of the 1930's because they did buy up hotels and other property for little money and could sit on them for years. It is always good to have cash and no debt, money is to be made in turbulent times if you have a good plan and resources to see it through.

I will continue to buy, and pushing harder than I was before. A lot of guys stop buying so I am going to pick up their customers and I plan on keeping them. Just because the price went down doesn't mean you stop buying, you continue buying and take care of your customers.

I will continue to buy but will have to lower my prices according to the market. I also get alot of free stuff that will offset some of the loss.

I had a load en route when this drop hit. Some of the stuff I am selling may not pay for itself with postage added. It's not going to break me, but I'm rethinking my buying prices even when it rebounds. For now, everything will have to be cheap. On a better note, a local guy gave me 17 towers Friday, so I can definitely make something from those.

This drop has shaken up some of the silver hoarders. I may get to venture into buying some 90% silver coins this weekend. I've been concentrating on scrap, but it might be time to go with coins if the price is right.

I dont think there is a need to hurry. This quick, steep drop in prices will temper the major buyers out there.
You're going to see some real conservative numbers until (1) they recover their losses and (2) they feel the market has stabilized.
By the way, it's not just the precious metals-copper is taking a beating also.
