    Gold Top Chips on board

Going through more boards found some like below.

I know check with you local dealer for best price. But I want to know what others would do.
If I look at Buying Price for Various Gold Plated CPUs, Chips and Fingers « GoldChipBuyer I see he pays $150/lb with full gold legs. Well these IC are soldered to the board and the pins do not look gold. I could be wrong on the pins. I do know how to unsolder IC I use to work assembling PC boards.
Pull the IC and sell board or just sell board?
Any ideas on price both ways?

We are in the process of changing our prices. I should have something for you on this tomorrow afternoon. I'm not sure what time, I have an emergency to take care of first thing in the morning and not sure how long it will take.
We buy electronic scrap, Gold Karat scrap, gold filled, refined gold, silver and many other item's.

IMHO....I would pull the IC's, those brown/gold ones will have gold.....The rest of the board would be gold finger board @ 3.75 per LB at my local yard. Sell the IC's
    to a buyer.

I decided to not pull the chips. To much time and I have alot of stuff to go through.
I did find a bag of chips already pulled in the load. Bag is labeled 175pcs I have no idea of weight. The legs are NOT gold.

Jeremiah, I can not tell you about my top secret board stash
In all honesty I have no idea. All this stuff comes out of 2 storage lockers. The owner of the place called me and wanted me to clean it out for him.
90% of the unit is old machine controllers. I assume these boards are from one of those. there were about 10 old computers and 1 server in there. About 10-15 monitors.
I also have a bunch of big 3 phase motors and transformers sitting in the back of the truck waiting for the scrap yard to open tues. I would guess about 1000lbs of that right now.
Oh yea and aqbout 100 old ball mice. It is in one big mess of wire. I really need to get some complete pictures.

I'm not the expert but I would take the chips off and sell seprate, I don't think it would down grade the board.
