    Tonights CL pick up turned out better then expected.

    I went to get a dryer and a weight set and ended up filling the truck bed. Got a tanning bed,a bunch of car parts, and 3 batteries. Got a transmission he said was out of a 66 mustand. Might try to find a new home for this before I scrap it.

    early Mustang transmissions (standard shifts) got labled "glass transmissions" because they were so fragile.....possible resale there, dude. Nice truck load there ! congrats

    The transmissions from 66 were C4 trannys if its an auto. I went through a few of those in my '65...
    10 years ago, the junk yards around here charged a $100 core charge for those.

    Its a 3 speed manual shift. I sent out a few email to local mustang yards here in denver. See if i get any interest.

    YEah ws like brand new not a scratch in it. But it was one of those systems that once you set it all up the cables then didnt come apart unless you cut them. So I cut them. LIttle big for my basement anyway so its going to the shred pile.
